Questions We Get Asked Often...PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE INQURING ABOUT ANY RABBIT SOR SALE
Q: Do you hold rabbits for people?
A:No-People often say they want a rabbit and never show up, call/message back, etc. 1st to come and get approved, is the 1st to get the rabbit.
Q: Will you meet somewhere?
A:No-again, we don't have time to drive and wait for people, or have them not show up, etc. We have work, school, rabbits, etc. Time is is too precious to waste, when we want a rabbit, we go get it, no matter how far. If you really want that particular rabbit you will find a way, or you will find one closer.
Q: Do you work with transportation?
A: No-Again, we require that we meet you and you meet your potential rabbit in person. Again, we are also protecting the buyer-many times the rabbit does not look like the picture, and the buyer is stuck with a rabbit they paid for, paid transportation for, etc. Also, we have heard stories of rabbits dying in transport, etc. We am not saying there are not good services out there, but we won't take the chance of one of our bunnies dying, or getting sick. WE are also protecting ourselves, we don't want people to say they bought one from us and were not pleased, or it died and they never got it or their money back.
Q: Do you take/require deposits?
A: No-many things can go wrong with baby bunnies, they can be very fragile, especially the dwarf breeds. We don't allow babies to leave until at least 9 weeks old, and prefer 10-12 weeks. Almost all breeders who breed and raise show rabbits wait until that age before determining the 1st round of keepers that they choose to grow out for themselves, especially Holland Lops, they change a lot and what is cute at 8-12 weeks is not at 14-16 weeks, and then it is cute again at 4-6 months, and so on. Most breeders selling babies at 8 weeks are doing so for profit, that is not what we do here. WE are in this hobby for the love of rabbits and to build a solid foundation of show quality rabbits for our selves as well as for future enthusiasts.
Also, we like for potential buyers to meet the rabbit of their choice 1st, they might not be a good match. Also, Faith has the final say on sales of ALL rabbits, if she feels someone is not going to take good care of her bunny, or it is not the right fit, she will not sell to them, and that is her right. We are also protecting the buyer-we have heard too many stories of people putting deposits down on bunnies, only to have the breeder change their mind, say the bunny dies etc. and also say deposits are non-refundable.
We will not sell any live animals as Surprise Christmas, Birthday, Easter, etc. gifts. We will not sell a rabbit unless we meet the people responsible for their care. We see too many animals discarded once the children get bored after the holidays! We think live animals should not be treated as toys, but members of the family. We are NOT against someone receiving an animal as a gift/present, but we need to meet them and assess the situation; does that person really want the rabbit as a gift, does that person really like this particular rabbit, will that person be responsible for the rabbits care? We can not be assured that unless we meet them for ourselves.
Please read our SALES polices and procedures on the before inquiring about the purchase of any rabbit. Please do not ask if any of our herd rabbits (meaning our show, brood & pets featured on other pages) are for sale, if we want to sell them they will be on the for sale page, or they will be marked for sale. Due to the fact that we breed show quality for ourselves and not just to sell, we may change the price or availability of any rabbit at anytime. Rabbits develop over time, especially Holland Lops. Holland Lops change a great deal between 8-12 weeks old, that is when we usually pick our 1st drafts to grow out a while longer, then the ages between 3 month-1 year (our 2nd draft picks) are crucial for development in type. Does are usually in their prime around 1 &1/2 years old and bucks at around 2-3 years of age on average but their are always exceptions. As a rabbit develops their price may change due to their improving type, show potential, or even more or less towards being brood or pet quality.
Nursey Litters * Nursey Litters availability will be determined as the babies develop into juniors. ANYONE selling babies right out of the nest box is ONLY breeding rabbits to make a profit. NO ONE judges a nest box baby and assess it's potential for showing or otherwise, regardless of pedigree, parents, color, etc.

Black Torte Doe
DOB 1.28.2024
Sire: Swade's Adley (Black Torte)
Dam: Stars Hollow's Moon Pie (Blue)
A nice compact doe, I like her width and full body, but her front limbs could thinker and her crown is slipped.
We like her well enough that we have kept her here this long. but we have several other does around her age, and many older does and we can't keep up with getting them bred and keeping them productive while giving them and the kits all the attention they need. We have to let a few go, and we thought we'd offer a nice doe (as they are not easy to come by).
